                  How to cook Everlasting

First, saute' garlic, onion and bell peppers in a pan. Wait until brown. Then, add 2 kilos of ground pork and pour tomato sauce and ketchup. Mix well.

Add raisins and carrots. Simmer until tender. Add salt, vetsin and pepper to taste. Pour water into the mixture.

Turn off fire and wait to cool. Add 1 tray of raw eggs and mix well until viscous enough. Set aside for few minutes.

In a lanera, put chopped eggs and carrots for a better food presentation. Pour the mixture on the lanera. Steam for an hour and the Everlasting dish is ready.❤
